How to permanently delete your KLEYM account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your KLEYM account directly within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Method 1 — In-app (Recommended)

  1. 1Open the KLEYM app.
  2. 2Go to your Profile.
  3. 3Tap Settings.
  4. 4Select "Delete Account".
  5. 5Tap "Confirm" to permanently delete your account.

Method 2 — Via email

  1. 1Send an email to kleymapp@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  2. 2Include the email address associated with your account for verification.

What Gets Deleted

Deletion is immediate. The following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Authentication record (email, Apple ID, Google account link).
  • Profile information (username, profile photo, color preferences).
  • All polygon territories.
  • Battle history.
  • Club membership and messages.
  • Friend relationships and direct messages.
  • Proximity Chat messages.
  • Bonus scores and statistics.
  • APNs device token.
  • All user preferences and settings.

Deletion is irreversible. Data cannot be recovered after the process is complete.

After Deletion

  • You may create a new account using the same Apple ID, Google account, or email address.
  • The new account starts from zero — previous game data cannot be restored.
  • If you have an active premium subscription, you must cancel it separately via App Store Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Data Retained After Deletion

Under legal obligations, certain data (such as billing records for tax or accounting purposes) may be retained for a limited period after account deletion. This data is retained only for the duration required by law and is not actively processed.
