Terms of Service

KLEYM is a mobile game built around capturing territories on a map by moving with GPS in the real world. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

• An Apple ID or valid email address is required to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• GPS location spoofing or using cheat software.
• Sharing offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content.
• Unauthorized access attempts to other users' accounts.
• Using the app for commercial purposes without permission.
• Using automated bots or scripts.

Accounts that do not comply with these rules may be closed without notice.

• Premium membership is a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• To cancel: Device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• You can restore previous purchases via Profile → Restore Purchases in the app.
• If the subscription price changes, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Content you share (posts, comments, messages) belongs to you. You grant KLEYM a license to store and display this content within the scope of the service. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

It is the user's responsibility to comply with traffic and safety rules while playing KLEYM. Actively using the app while driving is not recommended.

When the terms are updated, you will be notified via in-app notification or email. The current terms are always published on this page.
